                 DAY 1 ADDIS ABABA ARRIVAL AND CITY TOUR

On arrival in Addis Ababa you will be met at the airport by Moses Covenant Tours Representative and transferred to your hotel followed by After you take some Rest at your Hotel we Begin your Addis Ababa City Tour. Addis was founded in 1886 by Menelik II, and situated at an elevation of around 2438m which makes it the third highest capital city in the world. Addis Ababa enjoys an excellent climate all year round, with an average temperature of 25°C. We will start our site-seeing by the National museum which houses some of the country’s historic treasures. The collection of fossils and bones of early hominids discovered in Ethiopia include the 3.5 million year old remains of ‘Lucy’, the oldest hominid ever found. Proceed to the two major highlights of the city, the Ethnographic Museum and the church of the Holy Trinity, Ethiopia’s main cathedral and home to the remains of the last emperor, Haile Selassie. and  at Last we take you to the Biggest open Air Market in Africa Merkato then of course you will have a fine Ethiopian Coffee Test at the Classic Tomoca Coffee Shop then back to your Hotel .

                       Day 2 Addis Ababa to Dire Dawa(Flight)-Harar

Today early in the morning, you will fly to the beautiful city of Dire Dawa then drive to the historical Ethiopia's Muslim Empire walled City of Harar which is Located in the Eastern part of Ethiopia. After checking in your hotel and settling down a bit, you will visit the hyena man, who feeds the hyenas every night just outside the walled city of Harar.  This tradition was started a long time ago to prevent these wild hyenas from hunting for food in the City of Harar. In Here at Night Guests are welcomed and encouraged, to feed the hyena’s themselves by a Close Encounter with the wild Hyenas. OvernightHotel Ras Hotel 





                                    Day 3 Harar city tour

Today After Breakfast is a full day discovering the treasures hidden in the narrow alleyways of the UNESCO’s world heritage site walled city of Harar, with its colorful markets, countless mosques and shrines and unique Harari people and their decorated house. Sites to visit include: the House of Rimbaud, Ras Tafari’s House, Ras Mekonnen’s Palace, the Harari National Cultural Center, and the tomb of Emir Nur, who built the famous Jugol, as the wall is known locally. You will also explore the colorful market places in Harar city where different ethnic groups like Hadere, Oromo, Somali gather together a Lot to learn their way of Life and their Daily Activities.

                         Day 4 Harar-Dire Dawa-Addis- (Flight)

Today, you will finish your tour to the eastern part of Ethiopia. You will drive from Harar to Dire Dawa and get your plane from Dire Dawa to Addis Ababa.Depending on Time permit  After you check in to your Hotel and take some Rest in late in the Afternoon we will visit  the Newly open Entoto Park Covered by Eucalyptus Trees on  top of the City of Addis Ababa Altitude of 2400 Above Sea level, in here you will Enjoying the  Breeze taking spectacular View of the Entire City of Addis Ababa. Followed by we also visit Sheromeda, a traditional Clothes Market to Buy a Souvenirs then Back to your Hotel.  Overnight at Goldentulip Hotel Addis 

 

   

 

                          

                            Day 5 Addis Ababa To Bahir Dar

In the morning you  will fly to the City of Bahir Dar . On arrival your Guide will  take you to your hotel ,after check in  and a short Rest we  go out for to take a boat trip on Lake Tana which is the largest lake in Ethiopia to visit the islands monasteries, such as Ura kidanemihiret and Azwa Mariam. In Late afternoon we will drive to Blue Nile falls for a short hike and photography , in here we will spend the day with the spectacular sunset view over  the Blue Nile falls and Lake Tana (Overnight in Kuriftu Resort Hotel )

 

  

 

                               Day 6 Bahir Dar to Gondar  

After breakfast, continue north to Gondar.  The four-hour drive will take you through rural villages, offering wonderful insight into the Amhara Tribes culture.  After briefly settling in your hotel, explore the sites of Gondar, including a visit to the Royal Enclosure, with six castles and several other buildings.  Additionally, visit Fasilidas’s Pool, still used for Timket celebrations today, and the Debre Birhan Selassie church, with the most famous ceiling in Ethiopia.  (Overnight in Gondar (Goha hotel)




  

                             Day 7 Gondar to Simien Mountain

Today early in the morning  Excursion to Semien Mountain via Debark city. The Semien Mountain is said to be the roof of Africa and has got a national park with a beautiful landscape and the Home of the Endemic walia Ibex, Semien red Fox and Gelada baboon and we will have a chance to see them  around the national park. After our visit we will go back to the city of Gonder and we visit the (Felasha) Village famously known  Ethiopian Jewish Community Town and we learn a lot about their way of life and Back to spend the Night Gonde.                                   Day 8 Gondar To Lalibela 

  To Day After Breakfast we will Drive to Lalibela by Admiring  the Beautiful LandScape of the Amhara Rural Villages and Farm lands. On arrival Check in to your Hotel  and After Launch, a short Rest we start your tour to the rock-hewn churches of Lalibela, visiting the Northwestern Cluster of churches - Bet Medhane Alem, Bet Maryam, Bet Meskel, Bet Danaghel, Bet Mikael & Bet Golgotha (entry not permitted for women).  We continue with the Southeastern Cluster of churches – Bet Gabriel-Rufael, Bet Merkorios, Bet Amanual, and Bet Abba Libanos and back to Our Hotel. Overnight at Lalibela Lodge.

 

                                          

 

                                 Day 9 Lalibela To Addis Ababa

After Breakfast Early In the morning, start your tour of the rock-hewn churches of Lalibela, Finally, you will visit the most famous of all the churches – Bet Giyorgis, constructed in honor of the patron saint of Ethiopia – Saint George. After the Visit in the Afternoon we will Fly Back to Addis Ababa. On arrival at Addis Ababa Depending on your flight Scheduled we will have a farewell  Buffet Dinner at Yodabissinya Abyssinia Cultural Restaurant with Ethiopian Traditional Music Show, followed by We will Drop you off to Airport to your Flight.
